The problem with pre-formed gift boxes
Rigid gift boxes travel as air. They take up container volume, sit on warehouse shelves for months, and pick up crushed corners somewhere between the factory and the customer's door.
This box works the other way round. It is delivered as a flat sheet — pre-scored, with peel-and-press adhesive tabs already fitted in the corners. It becomes a box at the moment you need one.
In practice that means you pay to ship paper instead of empty space, and you store flat stock instead of finished cartons.
